University Research Council grants made to Youngstown State University faculty members to encourage and support faculty research outside of teaching. Funding is available especially whenever other sources of project support are not available. Projects related to the scholarship of teaching, which will lead to publication, are also eligible for funding. All full-service faculty are eligible for University Research Council grant support, which is based on the submission of a short proposal to the Dean of Graduate Studies and the Council.
